Signed Change Orders
All client-signed Change Orders. Each row links to the signed PDF + the Dropbox Sign audit certificate (proof of signing — signer, IP, timestamp).
Purchase Contracts
This is where Sunview & Aspen purchase and sale contract templates will live. Office will upload templates, fill in client-specific fields per home, and send for client signature via Dropbox Sign — same flow as Change Orders.

Statement of Adjustment (SOA)
Final closing statements will be generated here. The system will roll up the signed Purchase Contract + all signed Change Orders + signed Service Orders for each home and produce the final adjustment statement on company letterhead, ready for client + lawyer sign-off.
